Zoltán Péter lives underground in an abandoned bunker beneath a former Soviet industrial zone. When he isn’t working at the factory above his bedroom, he spends his nights drunk, laughing and crying over his sorrows while composing music on a digital piano. It Comes From Above is a musical documentary about a working man and his creativity resisting the big structures that oppress him.

Ir y Volver (To Go Away and Come Back)

While a mother is in intensive care with little hope of survival, her son is on another continent without the possibility of seeing her. Combining subconscious memories of his mother in induced coma with images of his constant house moves all the while, the director composes an essay-letter on death, family and distance.

Off The Road

A group of young musicians sing the deeds of three men who live in the most isolated region of the Baja California Sur desert. As the “Baja 1000”, the world's largest annual all-terrain car race, takes place crossing the Mexican-US border, these men look for an opportunity to be a part of it and escape the apparent monotony of their small communities.

Aurelia and Pedro

Fog rolls roll across the green highlands of the Wixáritari in Western Mexico. Young Pedro lives here with his mother Aurelia, isolated from the rest of the world. Pedro leads the goats out to graze and explores his surroundings playfully, while Aurelia weaves fine cloth, gathers firewood and prepares food. A documentary portrait of the symbiotic relationship between a small Indigenous family and their remote homeland.
